Betty White and the Vampire Awards

Betty White, Aziz Ansari, Zac Efron, Sandra Bullock, Harry Potter and (she is so amazing I have to say her twice) Betty White. How could I not enjoy the MTV Movie Awards 2010?

You have the hilarious comedy of Aziz. When he played Taavon, I was dying. I watched his stand up this past Friday on Comedy Central and already integrated his jokes into my life. MTV picked the right host.

It really seemed like the Movie Awards tried to please me. The many shots of Zac Efron made my heart flutter and the Movie Awards took this opportunity as a chance to key into my heart with the Deathly Hallows preview. My tattoo burned with anticipation; the preview brought my love of Harry Potter to the surface. Am I going to read all seven books again? Probably. Plus, Tom Felton won? HOLLA!

How could the night get better? The adorable, amazing Betty White honored the graceful Sandra Bullock. You can throw Betty White in anything and I would enjoy it. She is so precious, especially when she joked, “You better not wear that dress backwards” because Sandra’s dress was cut low in the back. I love that biddy.

I also liked the social media surrounding the awards. MTV really made an effort to keep everyone up to date with real time results from Twitter. Great social media integration!

Needless to say, I really enjoyed the Movie Awards. I just wish Twilight did not win everything. Other movies need to win too!
